About

WHAT IS SFS

SFS is a cold rolled structural track and stud system which is installed in-situ or pre panellised off site to provide early weather protection enabling follow on trades.

Other advantages over traditional construction include speedy installation to aid construction program, its lightweight nature reduces the load on the primary structural frame and its capability to accept direct installation of internal boarding and external facade systems.

APPLICATIONS
INFILL WALLING
The SFS system is installed within the hot rolled steel or concrete primary frame of a building

CONTINUOUS WALLING

The SFS system is fitted to the outside of the primary frame of the building using cleats and thus forming a continuous unbroken facade.

LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURES

The SFS system is used to provide a complete load-bearing superstructure which, due to its lightweight characteristics, is often used to construct roof top extensions/penthouse apartments.

HIGH-BAY SEPERATING WALLS

making it a leading sub-contractor in BIM technology.

The wealth of experience has seen transition from drawing

board through 2D into full collaborative BIM modelling.

Producing in-house models/drawings creates huge advantages including reducing lead-in times and creating an early knowledge of project details. This can result in design development, clash detection and value engineering.
